[ACC Force Feedback Settings for Fanatec CSL DD That Make Me LOVE IT as an iRacing Veteran



Assetto Corsa Competizione deserves a lot of love, but the force feedback is cited as one of the obstacles for many folks that have had a diet of iRacing for years, including me. I am not an FFB professor but I sat down to make some tweaks and came out with something that made felt a lot more familiar to my iRacing brain. Here are the settings I use that have me LOVING it and kinda wishing I’d met ACC first.

I use a Turn Racing R320 Rim:
Which is mounted to a Fanatec Podium Hub with Endurance Button Module:

…Which is all mounted to a GT Omega PRIME Cockpit, use DANNYLEE for 5% off:

Settings as follows:

Wheelbase/Fanalab Settings:

Sensitivity at Auto
Overall FFB at 100%
FFB Scaling at Peak
Natural Damper at 5%
Natural Friction at 10%
Natural Intertia Off
FFB Interpolation at 1, feel free to increase this if you want less scratchiness or graininess but you’ll lose some detail if you do
Force Effect Intensity at 100
Game Force Effect at 100%
Game Spring Effect at 90%
Game Damper Effect at 100%

ACC In-Game Control Settings:

Gain at 75%
Minimum Force at 0%
Damper at 20%
Dynamic Damping at 20%
Road Effects at 0%

ACC-In Game View Settings:

Lock to horizon at 50%
Movement at 0%
Lock with wheel at 0%
